Strength and Conditioning Summer Jumpstart

For the start of the CPHL fall season we are offering a ~8 week strength and conditioning program. The goal of this program is to re-establish good off ice training habits and nutrition leading up to the start of the CPHL season.

Sessions will be held twice a week on Wednesdays evenings and Saturday mornings. The schedule was developed to work in concert with our summer skate program.

Registration will be limited to ensure an appropriate coach to player ratio. Sessions will be held at either Chaparral High School or another location depending on the objective of the workout. Each session will be 1-1.5 hrs each.

Summer 2025

This program is players to get a head start on strength and conditioning for the upcoming season.
